For the lucky people who are just experiencing minor symptoms, you simply need to learn how to silence your mind and ignore the thoughts that do not belong to you.
Seeing “angelic numbers” or repeating numbers that have “secret meanings” everywhere you look.
Sudden & multiple rises and falls in body temperature within minutes by 2-5 degrees in my observation.

Here is a short list of the never ending symptoms of for more serious alleged ailments like “schizophrenia”, let’s go over them & then you can at least be thankful you aren’t experiencing all of these:
Extreme changes in sleep schedules
Turning off circuit breakers, disconnecting appliances and WiFi connections, putting devices on airplane mode etc.
Experiencing unusual “coincidences” suddenly and consistently.
Strange clicking and popping in the nasal cavity. Sometimes when you wake up from a heavy night of nonstop dreams you can hear and/or feel this.
Do me a favor. Argue with “your own thoughts” and see what happens. Debate your own thought on a point and then be absolutely still and quiet and observe what “your own thoughts” come up with as though you are both the therapist & the one on the couch simultaneously. Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.

If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track.
